This page explains our approach at a high level. It doesn't replace the specific terms in your service agreement, which take precedence if the two conflict.
Our approach to responsible AI
Our products are built around a simple idea: AI should handle repetitive, well-defined work, and people should stay in charge of anything that actually matters. That shapes how we design every integration.
- Human oversight on consequential decisions. AI flags and recommends; people make the final call on anything with real consequences for a user, player, or employee.
- Transparency about limitations. We tell you where a model is reliable and where it still needs a human in the loop, rather than presenting every output as certain.
- Data minimization. Integrations are scoped to the data actually needed for the task at hand, not broad access by default.
- Configurable to your policies. Content moderation, dialogue behavior, and support automation can be tuned to your own rules and thresholds, not a one-size-fits-all default.
Acceptable use
When using 1TOX LABS products, you agree not to use them to:
- Generate or facilitate illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, in any form.
- Generate content that harasses, threatens, or incites violence against individuals or groups.
- Build surveillance tools intended to track or profile individuals without a lawful basis or consent.
- Circumvent the safety, moderation, or access controls of any system, including our own.
- Present AI-generated output as independently human-verified fact in contexts where that distinction matters — for example, legal, medical, or financial decisions.
- Use the service in a way that violates applicable law, including data protection and consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
